Panoramic Care are working with a fantastic charity that provides care for children with special educational needs and adults with learning disabilities to find a Service Improvement Partner based in the Middlesex area.

Working alongside the quality team, the Service Improvement Partner is responsible for driving change and improvement within the care services to maintain the high quality and standards set out by the organisation's values, in line with CQC guidelines.

You will be assisting and guiding the Service/Registered Managers to ensure that the above is met.

This is a full-time, permanent, hybrid position, with an annual salary of up to £35,000 per annum.

To be considered for this role, you must have the following:

- Previous care management experience
- Previous experience of service improvement
- Extensive CQC knowledge
- NVQ qualification in Health and Social Care
- Full driving license
