**Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram)
- Creating and posting content on social media, responding to comments & messages
- Liaising with the Google Ads team on a bi-weekly basis campaign updates, optimization strategies, and performance analysis.
- Collaborating on occasional project work
- Creating marketing content for various channels
- Assisting the admin team for smooth office operations
- Providing exceptional customer service via phone
- Handling bookings and payments
- Managing stock and preparing training kits
- Supporting day-to-day tasks in a busy office environment
