**What you’ll do**

Vodafone UK is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in Network Deployment and lead our network optimisation efforts. You will ensure optimal mobile access connectivity to meet coverage demands and growth targets while promoting our Fibre First agenda. You will be accountable for managing Mobile leased Line OPEX and engaging with suppliers in the region.

Additionally, you will drive simplification of the network by removing legacy connections, sites, and platforms, as well as automating configuration activities to improve productivity and efficiency. Furthermore, you will spearhead technology innovation initiatives to better monetize our network assets, aligning with our Telco to Techco agenda.

**Who you are**
- End-to-end expertise across business planning, financial management and business case development
- Proven people management, financial management and technical planning skills
- A great communicator, able to influence business change and articulate technical direction at all levels of the business up to CTO
- Strong Leadership skills to create and motivate a high performing team
- A technical degree or relevant industry experience in a related discipline would be desirable
- Current UK Security Clearance or eligible for vetting
