Now we’re looking for a highly motivated and methodical Finance Officer to join our team. The role is full-time (minimum 30 hours per week) with hybrid working ideally a minimum of 2 days per week based in our Glenrothes office. The role has a salary of £30-35,000 per annum. As well as hybrid working, we are flexible on the working pattern and are offering a generous holiday allowance to allow a healthy work/life balance. We also offer private healthcare and great opportunities for promotion.

The role will support the daily financial running of the business, looking after things such as monthly accounts, invoices, and quarterly VAT returns. The role involves a lot of collaboration across departments to ensure continuity, so excellent communication skills and attention to detail are a must. There would be an element of general support with admin tasks to ensure smooth running of the office. We are looking for someone with intimate knowledge of Xero Accounts and previous experience in a similar role would be desired or experience in the construction industry would be helpful in this role. Duties include- Manage and report on all financial elements of each project.-
- Process and manage monthly payment run.-
- Manage cash flow and report weekly-
- Credit Control & aged debtors weekly report.-
- Reconcile deposit accounts.-
- Generate monthly Management reports to directors-
- CIS administration-
- Stock - manage and update stock spreadsheet and Xero on a weekly basis-
