Hutcheon Mearns are supporting a global business to add to the finance team. Based in the Glenrothes office, Accounts Payable is part of the finance team covering the uk companies.

Key responsibilities will be
- Ensuring all invoices are coded accurately and posted on a timely basis.
- Matching of all PO invoices, and gaining approval for non-PO invoices/credits
- Ensuring vendor account balances are correct and accurate
- Regular statement reconciliations for key suppliers
- Maintenance and update of own and team process notes
- Providing support in executing online payments runs and manual payments
- Undertaking administrative and clerical tasks required to support AP function
- 2+ years working in finance/accounting environment
- Strong Excel skills and other MS office packages
- Experience of working in a fast-paced, transactional finance function
- Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP system advantageous
- Able to work accurately and with attention to detail is essential
- Good planning and organisational skills to meet deadlines
