The Reasonable Adjustments Co-ordinator will provide advice, guidance, and support to facilitate implementation of workplace adjustments, in an appropriate and timely manner in accordance with the Equality Act 2010 and Trust policies. Additionally, it provides a case management service for complex and specialist adjustment needs.

You will work with internal and external stakeholders to provide expert advice to improve workplace adjustment and disability inclusion outcomes, supporting a culture of wellbeing and a sense of belonging where everyone feels valued and able to be their best selves at work.
- Provide advice, guidance and support to staff, line managers and others as necessary regarding all aspects of employment related workplace adjustments in accordance with the Equality Act 2010, including e.g., alternative options, temporary adjustments, advice on funding and processes.
- Advise on all aspects of workplace adjustments both equipment and non-equipment, based on trust/ departmental policy and processes and best practice.
- To provide training, advice, guidance, support and to staff and line managers on the Disability Wellbeing Support Policy. Support staff and line managers with disability leave requests.
- Provide a case management service where required: (advise on the ordering of equipment/ software or hardware) approved suppliers and non-approved suppliers.
- Liaise with line managers, individuals, and Occupational Health where necessary, to ensure effective adjustments are in place in a timely manner, taking a person centred approached and ensure that adjustments meet the needs of the individual and the business.
- Manage and co-ordinate the central reasonable adjustment budget, liaise with departmental holders as necessary, to ensure timely implementation of workplace adjustments.
