**Job Title: Quality Auditor (Construction) - ISO 9001**

**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Audit Compliance**: Conduct regular audits of construction processes, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and regulatory requirements.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify areas for process improvement and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective actions and preventive measures.
- **Documentation Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of audit findings, corrective actions, and other quality-related documentation.
- **Training and Education**: Provide training and guidance to employees on quality standards, procedures, and best practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence.
- **Supplier Quality Management**: Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure that quality standards are met throughout the supply chain, including conducting supplier audits as necessary.
- **Risk Assessment**: Conduct risk assessments to identify potential quality issues and develop strategies to mitigate risks effectively.
- **Customer Satisfaction**: Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels to identify areas for improvement and implement measures to enhance customer satisfaction.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Stay informed about relevant regulations and industry standards related to construction quality management, ensuring that the organization remains compliant at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience working in a quality assurance or auditing role within the construction industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends or deviations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision in documentation and data analysis.
- Certification as a Quality Auditor (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Auditor) is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with quality management software is desirable.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Willingness to travel to construction sites and supplier facilities as needed.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
