Job Title: Quality Auditor (Construction) - ISO 9001

Overview: We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Auditor with a background in construction to ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance with ISO 9001 requirements. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to implement and maintain quality processes effectively.

Responsibilities:

1.

Audit Compliance: Conduct regular audits of construction processes, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and regulatory requirements.

2.

Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective actions and preventive measures.

3.

Documentation Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of audit findings, corrective actions, and other quality-related documentation.

4.

Training and Education: Provide training and guidance to employees on quality standards, procedures, and best practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence.

5.

Supplier Quality Management: Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure that quality standards are met throughout the supply chain, including conducting supplier audits as necessary.

6.

Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments to identify potential quality issues and develop strategies to mitigate risks effectively.

7.

Customer Satisfaction: Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels to identify areas for improvement and implement measures to enhance customer satisfaction.

8.

Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about relevant regulations and industry standards related to construction quality management, ensuring that the organization remains compliant at all times.

Qualifications:

1.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.

2.

Proven experience working in a quality assurance or auditing role within the construction industry.

3.

In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management system standards and their application in construction projects.

4.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends or deviations.

5.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

6.

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision in documentation and data analysis.

7.

Certification as a Quality Auditor (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Auditor) is preferred.

8.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with quality management software is desirable.

Additional Requirements:

* Willingness to travel to construction sites and supplier facilities as needed.

* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
