I’m looking for a highly competent Customer Care Coordinator on behalf of an award winning house builder with an Essex based office.

You’ll need a background in New Homes and the ability to cope with a demanding workload to be able to hit the ground running. That’s why I said a highly competent Coordinator, it’s not for the faint hearted, it’s for someone who thrives working in a busy, fast paced environment.

As you’re an experienced New Homes Customer Care Coordinator, you’ll know what the role involves; dealing with defects during the post completion, 2 year warranty period. You’ll be passionate about delivering a first class service to customers, putting the ‘care’ in customer care, and able to manage the Homeowners expectations effectively.

You’ll be working with supportive people and a very experience management team who will support you in getting up to speed as quickly as possible and house builder who offer on-going training to help further your career aspirations.

Hours are Monday to Friday for 8.30am to 5.00pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
