Are you in marketing looking to join a growing and exciting company in the Portsmouth area as a Marketing and Sales Support Coordinator?

**The Role**:
As part of the role, you will be involved in the co-ordination of our sales and marketing, which includes creating engaging materials and providing event support whilst ensuring coherence with our parent company and branding.
- Conduct and manage the development of the recent organisation rebrand project, including a three-month review and identify any changes to the creative agency for execution.
- Ensure brand compliance within the business.
- Design and update new product brochures for customers.
- Maintain and develop the new rebranded company website.
- Draft and send out customer updates organisational progress.
- Create external sales and marketing collateral including datasheets and product briefs, PowerPoint slides, website collateral, collateral for shows.
- Create and send out the company wide internal newsletter.
- Organise and manage company events (approx. 2 per year)
- Assist the Managing Director and Account Managers with sales pipeline management, including attending pipeline review sessions.
- Run the bid review process including the related administration tasks.
- Develop and maintain customer propositions, ensuring business objectives are met and compelling propositions are made available for customers.
- Monitor quality of service, developing and tracking KPIs such as support resolution time, details of incoming issues.
- Take action to improve service - for example, adjust tools, processes, procedures.

**About You**

**Essential**:

- Experience in marketing within a similar role.
- Ideally hold a Business / Marketing or English degree.
- Strong IT Skills are essential - Microsoft programmes Word and PowerPoint.
- Good team player with excellent communication skills.
- Experience with WordPress is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong writing skills.
