**About the role**
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our newly acquired Bristol site. The successful individual will be the first point of contact for all customer enquiries, and will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience. The role also includes getting involved in site-specific marketing activities and engaging with local stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Updating customers and answering calls.
- Liaising with customers, insurance companies and local partnered dealerships.
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience to all customers.
- Encouraging customers to leave positive reviews and feedback.
- First point of contact for all customer and stakeholder complaints.
- Adhering to Shorade company values and aligning site activities to these values.
- Creating and maintaining relationships with key partners or customers, specifically: manufacturers, dealerships, work providers, and insurance companies.
- Delivering and maintaining front of house excellence, through clear and effective communication.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week
**Salary**: From £10.50 per hour
