**The Role**

Responsible for supporting the function of training Governance for Fleet and Shore. Ensuring that outputs from feet queries are closed within a defined time frame. Providing a support function for the reporting and analysis of training data, including maintenance of CUK training matrices within Mistral and GLADIS. The role will also be responsible for providing support to the Governance Consultant for the configuration and support of our Learning Management Systems and Platforms, including GLADIS and COVE administration linked to the wider Governance Strategy.
- Maintain relevant business-related Communication platforms as directed by The Governance Manager
- Accountable for supporting the Governance team, and ensuring relevant risks are escalated to the Manager, Governance
- Ensure Carnival UK HR Systems e.g., Mistral is maintained to accurately reflect the current Fleet training matrix
- Ensure that the quality of planning is in line with expected outcomes, supports our culture essentials and considers belonging and inclusion
- Providing a professional Training Compliance service to operational areas through building sustainable, strong business relationships with key stakeholders

Our role categories range from CUK15 (entry-level) to CUK1 (Brand President) so you can clearly see internal development opportunities. This role is a CUK13 and is offered on a full-time, permanent, with at least two flexible days working within Southampton Office.

**About You**

- Familiar with HR Management systems
- Familiar with the operation of LMS systems
- Strong customer service experience
- Experience in query triage and management
- Able to make decisions independently
- Experienced with Microsoft Office packages
