Customer Trainer

Working within the deployment team, the Customer Trainer will be responsible for travelling UK wide and sometimes internationally, to install DnaNudge testing equipment and deliver product training to internal and external stakeholders. The trainer will provide expert product knowledge and training on DnaNudge medical technology in clinical settings through to our consumer products in the commercial sector.

The trainer will deliver face to face and remote training to DnaNudge technology users along with the design, development, and implementation of training resources to support customer deployments.

**Major Responsibilities**:

- Work with stakeholders to identify their learning needs to support successful integration of DnaNudge technology and services in their organisations.
- Deliver face-to-face and remote training to customers to support their end-to-end rollout.
- Travel UK wide (and internationally if required) to install equipment and deliver training.
- Be the face of DnaNudge and be a positive representation of the company and brand.
- Ensure all equipment is installed successfully on site.
- Learn from our engineers to help troubleshoot and repair minor issues with equipment on site.
- Work with the science, engineering, and product development teams to remain fully up to date with all the latest product updates to pass on in training sessions.
- Develop training resources such as presentations, user guides, videos, and e-learning etc. to support stakeholders.
- Assist with new DnaNudge staff inductions and ongoing internal training where required.
- Be flexible with work hours and prepared to occasionally work weekends or evenings if the site requires it. This includes being flexible to deliver remote training out of hours for customers in different time zones.
- Provide additional deployment team support including, but not limited to product showcase events, stakeholder meetings and customer service where required.

**Education**:
A/levels - essential. Degree and/or Equivalent teaching or communication qualification is strongly desirable.

**Background / required skills**:
**Essential skills**
- Previous training experience in remote and face to face product training delivery.
- Exceptional written English, communication, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office tools.
- Able to understand new technology rapidly and eager to learn new skills.

Strong organisational skills and able to work autonomously.

**Personal Skills**
- An excellent learner and listener, with strong critical thinking, analytic and interpersonal skills.
- Engaging and personable, and a strong communicator.
- Flexible and willing to adapt, fitting their schedule to the needs of the training locations.
- Must be comfortable working in a variety of different environments (hospitals and clinical environments).
- Comfortable travelling both UK wide (and internationally) when required.

**Desirable**
- A driver with own car.
- Background knowledge or experience in Nutrition/Nutrigenetics related field.
- Technology background.
- E-learning development experience (specifically Articulate 360 suite)
- **40 hours per week**_. Sometimes the work will require longer weeks than this if extensive travel is required. This would always be discussed with your line manager, and then time made up in lieu.
- Permanent x40 hours role x1

Needs to be able to access our London office in White City, but hybrid working is available. This role is not available for those looking for sponsorship, you must have the right to work within the UK.

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
