Then we have an exciting opportunity to join us as a Customer Service Trainer delivering our workshops across Restaurant Associates, you will continually push for service excellence and the overall guest experience. You will be training your teams, reviewing departments, and completing audits.

More about the role:

- Ensure personal delivery style is open, inclusive, and respectful of all delegates, whilst being an ambassador for diversity and inclusion.
- Ensure health and safety of all delegates for the duration of their training.
- Deliver training content against Company standards and take part in ongoing needs analysis of design and delivery skills to ensure consistency and quality of design and delivery, across the team - ensuring all training cards are completed
- To complete all team training so the whole team can better serve our customers and clients
- To actively gain customer feedback, passing information gained onto your line manager
- To acquire a good knowledge of all products in order to be able to advise individual customers on their product choice and train the team in good product knowledge
- To maximise all sales opportunities through selling techniques
- To be polite, professional and friendly at all times with customers, clients and colleagues
- To ensure the highest level of customer care is adhered to at all times
- To demonstrate a can-do attitude towards individual customer requests and strive to exceed customer expectations
- Complete administrative trackers and documents

- Ability to recognise and respond to different learning styles
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure with excellent planning and prioritising skills
- Be IT literate, minimum intermediate PowerPoint Skills
- Resilient and willing to act on feedback
- willing to travel and work flexibly
