Creative Director Level Hairdresser

**Working Days**: Monday to Saturday (with one weekday off)

**Experience**:Minimum 8 years in professional hairdressing

**Location**:Elem Cambridge, 84 Cherry Hinton Road, Cambridge, CB1 7AG

**Salary**: Excellent basic salary plus commission and tips allowing you to earn in excess of £45,000 Per Year (Most our other Creative Director Level Hairdressers earn at least £48,000 to £55,000 per year)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Creative Leadership**:Develop and maintain the creative vision and direction of the salon
Lead and inspire the team through exceptional knowledge and passion for hairdressing

**Client Services**:Provide high-level cutting and colouring services to clients and ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and communication

**Staff Development and Training**:Mentor and train junior staff members, helping them to develop their skills and careers and conduct regular training sessions on latest trends and techniques

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 8 years professional hairdressing experience
- Proficient to a high level in both cutting and colouring
- NVQ Level 2 or equivelant
- Proven experience as a leader or manager in a salon environment is desirable (but not essential)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about the hair industry and up-to-date with current trends and techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Previous experience in a similar role as a Creative Director or Senior Stylist
