**Consumer Engagement Executive**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead consumer engagement initiatives, ensuring a seamless customer experience across all marketing channels to drive growth and consumer loyalty.
- Responsible for the consumer lifecycle marketing (Activation, In-life engagement, Retention)
- Support the Product Marketing Managers with the strategic delivery for Prepaid Card & Crypto whilst also supporting wider projects covering Knect Loyalty, Refer a Friend and Pricing programs.
- Support the wider team with ad-hoc requests, campaigns and any briefing and delivery of marketing materials for consumer engagement projects and initiatives.
- Ensure all projects and tasks are delivered on time and in-line with the Product Marketing strategy and roadmap.
- Work closely with the wider Marketing Team to develop campaign briefs and operational execution plans.
- Project management with a test and learn approach.
- Ensures business stakeholders are kept updated on campaign/project progress, ensuring planned activities are delivered on time, on budget and with the expected ROI.
- Build and maintain strong and highly collaborative relationships across the marketing function - ensuring, Product, Customer Service, UX, Digital Channels, Legal, Regulatory, Privacy, PR & Internal Communications are effectively integrated into the campaign/project plan.
- Working closely with the Insights and BI departments to ensure end to end reporting on all initiatives, focusing on growth and a positive ROI.
- Monitor programs performance and communicate with internal stakeholders regarding campaign goals, targeting, content, scope & ROI.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of all cross-channel marketing campaigns
- Proactively and creatively suggest new ideas for consumer engagement. focused on testing and ongoing optimization.

**Work closely with the following teams**
- Brand and creative teams to ensuring product proposition, messaging and assets are on brand.
- Product and UX for the product journey
- VIP team for high value and VIP customers experiences
- BI and Customer Insights for data analytics
- Legal and privacy - around campaign activations and terms
- Corporate comms team for PR activities
- Social, SEO, CRO and Paid Media team
- Sales - for any new merchant integration and co-marketing opportunities

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
- A creative thinker, putting the customer at the heart of the communication.
- Strong campaign, project, and reporting management skills
- Excellent briefing and stakeholder management skills
- Broad exposure to the planning, briefing, implementation and measurement (ROI) of a range of marketing techniques.
- Commercially astute and proven focus on achievement of ROI and growth hacking
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to engage and influence at all levels.
- Understanding of the payments or associated industries would be beneficial.
- Marketing degree or similar
- Tenacious - overcomes barriers to effective working methods with a continuous improvement approach.
