To assist the running of the Energyworks team which fundamentally are providing energy support to customers across Greater Manchester and East Lancashire.

Predominantly working over the telephone to respond to customer enquiries, making bookings for the Energyworks Team and help manage team diaries.

Provide cover and support for the Energyworks Support Officer and Energyworks Administrator in the distribution of vouchers to vulnerable residents.

Completing checks with customers to ensure eligibility for schemes.

Refer to Green Doctors any complex cases as and when they arise.

Using your own initiative to triage customers, focusing on those who need support the most first.

Provide support and assistance to the Energyworks Administrator in the day to day admin needs for the Energyworks Team.

Support other trusted organisations to make a referral on the behalf of their customers.

Support training delivery focusing on Energy efficiency measures, behaviour change and providing support to customers to understand their utility bills.

Update monitoring and evaluation systems and record outcomes.

**Salary**: £20,800.00 per year
