**We are looking for an experienced cook to join our team in our busy espresso bar in the centre of Truro.**

**This is a full time, permanent position, working a 5 day week on a rota basis during the hours of 8.00 to 3.30 Mondays to Saturdays inclusive.**

**Formal qualifications are not essential, however you must have previous catering experience & be able to work efficiently in a fast paced breakfast & lunch service.**

**We require someone who is confident with their skills & will work with us to develop the menu.**

**Duties will include preparation of food, cooking of food to order, maintaining effective stock control & rotation, cleaning of prep & cooking area & maintaining hygiene & food safety procedures.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.50 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
