Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary team.   • Coordinate food preparation and cooking activities
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Assist with special events or catering functions as required
