**37 hours per week (8.00am - 4.15pm on Monday to Thursday, 8.00am - 3.45pm on Friday)**

**Term time + inset days**

This post is integral to the support of students across all key stages. The role will involve one to one mentoring, the creation, organisation and implementation of short-term intervention programmes and support of students who have demonstrated high tariff negative behaviours, to aid them in being successful during their school career. This role will oversee the students that repeat high tariff negative behaviours leading to suspension and be the primary contact for their parents/ carers as they undertake relevant internal/ external intervention programmes.
