Key Responsibilities:
Utilize your SEND experience to provide tailored support to students with special educational needs and disabilities.
Employ effective behaviour management strategies to promote a positive and respectful classroom atmosphere.
Demonstrate a good sense of humour while engaging with students, fostering a relaxed yet focused learning environment.
Show excellent use of initiative in responding to the diverse needs and learning styles of students.
Offer supportive assistance to students, encouraging their academic and personal growth.What We Offer:
