**The Opportunity**:

The School has grown significantly over the last 3 years, and our journey continues. Our academic team has a diverse range of experiences from working in academia, as practitioners and working in industry. Our focus is on developing students in both discipline knowledge and applied skills to make them employer ready when they graduate from us.

**About You**:
You will need an MSc or equivalent formal qualification in Psychology, and be recognised by the BPS as having Graduate Basis for Chartership. You will have a successful track record in leading undergraduate and / or postgraduate programmes with high levels of student outcomes, along with significant and successful experience of teaching on academic programmes, and a clear vision of academic and professional excellence. You will also have leadership and people management skills and a successful track record of building teams.
