**The Role**:
We are investing in several new positions to our businessand have an exciting opportunity for a Regulation & Public Affairs SeniorAssociate to join our dynamic team As a leading voice in our industry, werelooking for someone who can demonstrate their expertise on all regulatorymatters that affect our interests at InterGen. You will be a key point ofcontact for all things regulatory and public affairs matters, and act as a mainrepresentative of InterGen across various networks and forums in the energysector.

**The Team**:
This is an excellent opportunity to make an incredibleimpact by helping build our regulatory function and be a part of our growthstory by bringing public affairs in house, forming an integral part of InterGenand how we operate.

You will work closely with the Regulations & PublicAffairs Manager and with members of the wider Legal, and Trading and Commercialteams. But you wont stop there - the nature of this role ensures you will havethe opportunity to interact with colleagues across all functional areas andlevels at InterGen, meaning you must be able to communicate complex informationeffectively.

As InterGens first Regulation & Public Affairs SeniorAssociate, it is essential that you bring a strong understanding of GB energyregulatory frameworks and policies as well as in-depth knowledge of GB powergas or carbon markets. Exceptional communication and relationship buildingskills are a must, as you will be frequently in contact with regulatoryauthorities like Ofgem and other governing bodies. **Education**:
Degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience ineconomics, regulation, compliance or equivalent industry experience.
