- To operate process plant and equipment, in an efficient manner to maximise process output
- To participate in the continuous improvement activity to assure the sites efficiency, driving down
manufacturing costs, waste materials and controlling the 7 wastes.

- Safe operation of plant and equipment, maintaining excellent housekeeping controls
- Maintain controls of raw materials to maximise use, reduce waste and control stock accuracy
- Work alongside the management team to improve Health, Safety and Environmental obligations,
protecting the business and staff
- Maximising production on time in full to the production schedule
