We are seeking a skilled Production Operative to join our team at E3 Recruitment. As a Production Operative, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, working on bespoke projects for a leading company that builds vehicle bodies for light and commercial vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing components for fitment onto vehicles, including lights, racking, grab rails, and steps
  • Utilizing hand and air tools in manufacturing operations
  • Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Measuring and marking out components using tapes, micrometers, and verniers

What We Offer:

  • Basic salary: Circa £24,000 - £25,000 per year, with potential further rises after passing probation
  • 39 hours basic with overtime paid at x1.5
  • Clean, modern working conditions
  • Further training provided to upskill and develop your skills further
