Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our client on a full-time permanent basis on a salary of up to £30,000 DOE. As a Purchase Ledger Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the finance department.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process purchase invoices against credit notes, POs & PODs
- Verify and post invoices accurately and efficiently
- Reconcile supplier statements monthly and resolve any discrepancies
- Communicate with vendors to address payment-related issues
- Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Sage 50
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
