**Location**:_Head Office, Nottingham (Hybrid working, 2 days a week onsite in Nottingham)_

We are a customer-focused financial institution dedicated to providing exceptional service and building lasting relationships with our members. As part of our commitment to nurturing talent and fostering a dynamic workforce, we are seeking a highly motivated HR graduate or someone early on in their HR career to join our People & Development team on a 12 month FTC.

We are investing in our evolving mortgage proposition designed to meet the diverse needs of a new and expanding customer base. As we continue to adapt to the ever-changing landscape of homeownership, we are committed to providing innovative solutions that cater to a broader range of individuals and families.

**Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing as a People Services Assistant: -**
- **Support HR Function**:You'll be integral to ensuring a smooth colleague experience throughout NBS
- **Employee Relations**: Work with the team to support with ER related queries and note-taking
- **HR Systems**: Maintain accurate employee information on the HR system, ensuring integrity of this data
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with teams across the business to ensure a holistic way of working.
- **Development & Continuous Improvement**:Play a pivotal role in driving a culture of continuous improvement centered by seeking insight, driving your own personal development and spotting opportunities for operational efficiencies.

- Knowledge of MS Office to a high standard
- Excellent relationship building and Administrative skills
- Proactive and enthusiastic in your approach to work.
- Collaborative with the ability to work well both independently and within a team environment.
