We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and knowledgeable individual in our brand new setting working with children from the age of 3 months to 5 years. This position is a permanent position.

We are seeking an Early Years Educator who has a strong passion for developing children’s learning in the Early Years as well as creating and leading an environment of outstanding childcare.

The successful applicant will hold an excellent understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage and have a keen belief in a child-centered approach to play and learning. They will share our belief in a creative curriculum and will join in our Safari ethos of a love for open ended investigation and positive outdoor experiences.

**The position is part time or full time 2-5 days per week. working between the hours of 7am-6.30pm.**

The successful applicant will need to be committed to delivering high quality childcare, be flexible to change and be open to trying new approaches to children's development. The successful applicant must work well in a team under the supervision of management and act as a key person for a group of children; planning and leading exciting play and learning opportunities as well as mentoring and organising within the team. They will have excellent communication skills and an organised approach to their work. The successful applicant must be able to work well on their own initiate.
