Qulaity InspectorSalary: £34749 year + BenefitsLocation: Basildon, EssexIndustry: High Precision ManufacturingBenefits * Sociable day shifts with early Friday finishes * Competitive hourly rate * Opportunity for Time + ½ Overtime PremiumAbout UsTXM is seeking a Quality Inspector to join join a leading aerospace manufacturer based in Basildon on a permanent basis.The employee must have a can do attitude and strive to support the elements of the SQCDP framework of the wider business of our client.Requirements * To maintain quality control within the manufacturing process, in line with business standards and customer requirements. * FAIR Inspection is paramount to this role * Inspection and verification of parts at all stages within business. * First article inspection procedures. * Non-conformance procedures. * Root cause analysis and resolution. * Work as part of team to achieve quality and production targets. * Support process of building quality into the manufacturing cycle. * Represent quality function at team meetings. * CMM experience advantageous.Core skills * Experienced in an engineering background. * Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications. * Technical knowledge & experience within the aerospace sector preferred. * Experience in a quality control environment preferred. * Provide 1st Article Inspection Reports. * First Article Inspection experience. * Working to ISO 9001.Apply NowTo apply for this Quality Inspector role or for inquiries, contact Scott Eveson at TXM Recruit.
