SF Recruitment have partnered with an organisation based in Redditch who are recruiting an HRBP on a permanent, hybrid basis.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to showcase their skills and experience within a business that can offer autonomy and a high level of support. With an equal split between strategic and operational focus, as HR Business Partneryou will work closely with business leaders across key business functionals and Group HR to help drive our HR People Strategy, support with processes and policies, develop approaches that achieve our people and business objectives, and mange business and peoplerisks.
*Responsibilities:*
Ø Actively contribute to the development and delivery of the Group People Plan and evolution of the Group HR brand.
Ø Use data and MI to gain insight into commercial trends and priorities to enable working in partnership with key stakeholders to agree people related activities and interventions.
Ø Manage employee relations to ensure legislative compliance and best practice. Undertake case management, policy development, T&C changes and consultation, whilst acting as employment law champion for the HR team.
Ø Drive organisation review activities to support delivery of the Group workforce plan, including structure changes and role management.
Ø Develop and implement initiatives to drive retention and engagement strategies, covering Health and Wellbeing, EDI and an attractive EVP.
Ø Champion a performance culture, working in partnership with Group HR team members to drive and embed initiatives across the Group and positively influence HR KPI's.
Ø Support the development of a Reward and Recognition proposition, covering compensation, benefits, and non-financial reward.
Ø Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees. Coaching managers to support their development in capability and behaviours in alignment with company vision and values.
Ø Undertake projects to drive continuous improvement both within Group HR and across the Group.
Ø Work with Senior Leadership teams to embed a high-performance culture within the organisation.
