We have the role just for you

Vibe Recruit is seeking a **Purchasing Administrator **for one of our manufacturing clients based in Port Talbot priding itself on low staff turnover and friendly working environment with opportunities to progress to join their fast-paced administration team. The role involves working within Purchasing team, dealing with product ordering and sourcing, on-boarding new suppliers, setting up new parts and working with other internal departments to ensure on time delivery.

**Purchasing Administrator - Main Duties**
- Order processing - MRP and purchase requisition
- Product sourcing -RFQ and expediting
- BOM creation
- Resolving invoice queries
- Assisting with departmental projects
- Stock control
- Supplier sourcing and building strong relationships

What are we looking for?
- Strong IT skills, proficient in Microsoft Office packages
- Strong communication skills, including strong telephone manner
- Motivation and being a team player

**Working hours**:
Week A: Monday to Thursday: 7:30AM - 5:30PM

Week B: Monday to Thursday: 7:30AM - 5:30PM, Friday: 7:30AM - 2:00PM

Please note there is no flexibility on the start times.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year
