- Data entry
- Communicate with customers if orders face delays etc
- Answering & directing incoming calls
- Process returns
- Dealing with customer queries
- Work with Transend, liaising with transport
- Ability to cover and learn aspects such as, stock / seed / invoicing
- General office duties - posting / running reports
- Produce monthly commissions
- Organise events/meetings such as NROSO

**The Person - Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience**:

- Previous experience in administration / data management an advantage
- High attention to detail with impeccable accuracy
- Excellent phone acumen
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office
