**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- "Big picture" integration and problem solving with an emphasis on build certainty and on-time delivery throughout the customer power plant's design and delivery. recognising problem areas and organising, coordinating, and implementing improvement projects.
- Promote the adoption of modularization and standardisation in power plant design, as these are two of the main instruments used by the project to achieve Build Certainty.
- Formulating guidelines and specifications to facilitate Build Certainty delivery.
- Complete cross-functional projects, such as design reviews, to improve Build Certainty's embedding.
- Determining which aspects of the plant design, such as the construction schedule, pose a high risk in relation to the customer Build Certainty principles. This includes both the construction and commissioning phases of the plant life.

- Determining which construction sequence elements pose the greatest risk in terms of running behind schedule.
- Determining which logístical flow elements of the plant pose the greatest risk of running behind schedule.
- Offer high-level management and coordination of enhancement initiatives and adjustments meant to lower risk in relation to the construction timeline.
