**Description**
A hybrid working role based in Stevenage which will focus on supporting membership recruitment from Corporate Partner activity. Working with a target driven team, the follow up, insight and conversion from Corporate Partner leads will a direct influencetowards the membership recruitment KPI. You will be reporting to the Senior Corporate Account Manager.
**Some of the main duties and responsibilities for the Account Executive (Partnership)**:
- Work closely with the Account Manager's in order to maximise membership sales and optimise the follow up process
- Maintain a steady conversion rate of membership sales from the leads generated by the external sales team
- Work towards and regularly exceed membership targets
- Provide regular and accurate reports of members recruited in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide monthly claims report analysis of activity
- Identify data from a variety of sources to support the Partnership Account Managers and Corporate Account Managers with membership recruitment
- To take part in any process or procedure reviews and identify potential improvements
- Be an administrator for the CRM System, involving data interrogation and report generation
- Support with the delivery of Partnership and Development events
- Assist with the distribution of marketing collateral
**Profile**
**The successful Account Executive (Partnership) will ideally possess the below**:
- A positive can do attitude and mindset
- Experience in data processing, use of systems, analytics and administration
- Excellent team-working, interpersonal and coordinating skills
- Experience in delivering quality conversations with customers via telephone
- Experience in dealing with customers/clients in a face-to-face environment
- Experience of working to set targets over a decided period of time
- High level of accuracy for data entry and excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills - written and oral
- Good level of IT skills - Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Confidence to run stands and events and deal with customer inquiries
