Vacancy Description

A Senior Enforcement Officer is integral in providing a high-quality parking service throughout West Berkshire.

You will be managing a team of officers in implementing the Civil Enforcement of parking including processing Penalty Charge Notices, managing 27 off-street car parks, on-street charging areas and parking suspensions. You will also assist in managing a team of back-office Parking Officers which includes the administration of the Disabled Blue Badge and Concessionary Fares schemes.

You will be supporting the Principal Parking Officer with the effective management of contracts, procurement and implementation of innovative and realistic solutions to improve the parking service provided throughout West Berkshire.
