Care Team Leader

**Hours: 36 (3 x 12 hours shifts per week)**

In this role, you'll be entrusted with the care of our seniors, catering to their diverse needs, including dispensing medication. You'll also showcase your leadership skills by ensuring that our high standards of care are consistently met.
We're looking for someone who is customer-focused, dedicated to delivering exceptional care, and possesses a keen eye for detail. While prior qualifications in health and social care (NVQ Level 3) are valued, a strong willingness to learn and grow is what truly matters.
Sandstones in Wallasey is home to well trained and helpful staff with rooms for up to 35 residents. At Anchor, we pride ourselves in providing 24-hour care and specialised services for elderly people, the beauty of our grounds, the quality of our catering and our engaging activities we deliver.
