Do you have experience providing customer service over the phone?

My client is a large retailer based in Watford, and they are looking for several experienced Customer Service staff to join their logistics help desk, proving support on queries relating to deliveries, pickups, and couriers to end customers.

You'll need to have solid communication skills, and ideally you'll have experience in a call centre or similar customer service environment. You'll also need to be IT literate, and confident using Excel to update and maintain records. Ideally, you'll also be a self-motivated worker, and naturally curious to find out answers to questions that customers might have.

In return, my client is offering an initial 3 month contract with lots of scope to extend, and £12.80/hour over a 37.5 hour week. The work will be fully on site while you are training, however after a month or so you'll be able to work at home 2 days/week.
