**Patient Care Coordinator - York House Dental Practice**

**Four days with OTE £33,400**

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an established, thriving and friendly dental practice in the heart of Chesham as its Patient Care Coordinator. This is a sales-management role with responsibility for the delivery of business growth and the management of the reception function and team.

**The Role**
- To proactively manage the patient database ensuring patient recalls, data integrity and the pursuit of lapsed patients are optimised.
- To lead the reception team to deliver excellence in patient management and the fulfilment of a coordinated patient journey for new and existing patients.
- To proactively initiate ideas and work with external partners to drive marketing initiatives that increase high value treatments such as dental implants and Invisalign.
- To work with external business partner to provide timely reporting to senior management of agreed KPIs and plans that underpin the fulfilment of the business strategy.

**Have you got what it takes?**
- You’ll have experience of telesales or person to person engagement and selling. Dental experience is advantageous but not a prerequisite.
- You will understand marketing and be competent to initiate, coordinate and manage marketing activities that underpin growth targets.
- You will be a people person with leadership experience who’ll fit in with a friendly team culture and manage people in a motivational and focused way.
- You’ll have experience of delivering high levels of customer care in a busy environment, ideally a dental environment.
- You will be an excellent communicator: written, verbal, telephone and presentation.
- You have a good standard of grammar and spelling with attention to detail.
- You will be well organised, be able to multi-task, and use initiative in the pursuit of solutions to problems.
- You possess sound knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly Excel and Word and good overall IT skills.

This is a part-time permanent role working four days per week Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
