We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service and Warehouse Operative to join our small busy team based at our Earls Barton warehouse in Northamptonshire. The main responsibilities of this role is to act as the primary liaison with our web customers and to support the day-to-day operations of the warehouse to deliver excellent customer service. More detailed responsibilities and tasks comprise the following:

- Ensuring connection of Shopify product codes to the ERP system for stock processing and thus ensuring stock levels are correct. Monitoring web products availability and reports to line manager any shortages of products
- Assisting wholesale business with processing and monitoring orders, confirmations, invoices, returns, credits and exchanges and co-ordinating the necessary export documentation and declarations for the export of goods
- Providing support with warehouse activities within the operations team including picking and packing, processing customer returns, and stock checking
- Performing QC activities for incoming finished goods and customer returns
- Assisting with production administration and other tasks as required

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the role will require liaison with our Web team and operations.

You should have experience in a customer services role and preferably some hands on warehouse experience.

The role is full time, working 39 hours Monday-Friday, a competitive salary is on offer.
