Bell Cornwall Recruitment have a new and exciting opportunity for an experienced Facilities Manager within a law firm with experience in contract management.
Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Being responsible for the operational day-to-day Facilities/Work space management of the UK offices (located in Birmingham and London)
- Focusing on efficient and effective contract management, H&S and Environmental compliance of the buildings in addition to maintaining and improving overall client experience
- Ownership of the day-to-day operational aspects of the FM/Work space service provision provided by a mix of outsourced partners and in house teams
- Present analytical reports on service performance of each service line to senior stakeholders
- Financial reporting as well as forecasting for budget and project related works
- Reporting to the Head of Facilities & Property this role will be a pivotal part of the Work-space and Operations Department
- Have extensive facilities management experience 5+ years / BIFM 5 or above or equivalent
- Experience working with both in house and contracted facilities teams
- A good leader with a management experience
- Is able to hit the ground running
