- Type: Prepare and type legal documents, including letters and contracts.
- Audio Typing: Transcribe dictations and recordings accurately.
- Administrative: Assist with filing, record-keeping, and data entry tasks.
- IT: Proficient in using legal software systems and databases.
- Time Management: Prioritise tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
- Excel: Create and maintain spreadsheets for various legal matters.
- Organisational: Maintain an organised filing system for legal documents.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Legal Secretary or similar role within a law firm.
- Excellent audio typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
