**The Opportunity?**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Support Administrator to join our exceptional Business Support Team. This is a varied, fast-paced and integral office role with some flexibility of Hybrid working.

We would consider applicants on a full-time (37.5 hours per week over 5 days) or part-time (30 hours per week over 4 days) basis.

**The Role**

As a Business Support Administrator for our Cheltenham office, you will be essential in creating a welcoming, well looked after, safe and pleasant office environment for the team and visitors. You will manage the day to day administration and practical supportfor all premises matters including logistics for internal meetings, training and social events. Encompassed within the premises management, and supported by an external IT services provider, you will support the IT set up of the team, including IT purchases,straightforward trouble shooting, practical aspects of data security, and the management and maintenance of equipment.

You will also be responsible for the main telephone switchboard. Although responsible for the Cheltenham office, you will support your fellow Business Support Administrators, with the running of all three offices (Cheltenham, Cardiff and Elkstone).

As part of the Business Support Function, you will be integral in providing additional and flexible support to Finance, Admin, Health, Safety and Environment Quality (HSEQ) and Marketing. You will contribute and oversee administration for projects and tasks;being adaptable and willing to work within different offices when requested; able to balance workload effectively; working to deadlines; and always ensuring confidentiality.

**Your Skills**

It is essential that you have GCSEs including Maths and English at Grade C or above (or equivalent) and be confident with the Microsoft Office suite.
It is desirable that you have experience with Health & Safety at an office level.

You will be positive, self-motivated, adaptable, proactive and reactive. You will be solution focussed whilst delivering the role and have a passion to create a positive office experience for our team members (your internal clients).
