**The role will include**:

- Leading the warehousing team, assisting the Warehousing Manager with organisation and management of the team.
- Ensuring a safe, organised and clean working environment in all warehousing and loading areas that is to an auditable standard.
- Ensuring a daily check for any damage to the site or vehicles and any damage is reported.
- Ensuring that all stock movements are recorded correctly and clearly.
- Ensuring all deliveries and stock entering the companies warehousing areas are correctly labelled and packaged.
- Ensuring all external deliveries and outloads are approved and carried out within the agreed intake period.
- Responsible for ensuring there is adequate communication between relevant departments.
- Support factory with delivering correct quantities of raw material and ingredients
- Prepare the department and take part in stock takes.
- Provide cover for Warehousing Management during absent periods and undertake Management tasks.
- Ensuring warehousing disciplines such as FIFO, stock management and control etc. are followed.

For the role, we would require you to have worked in similar role and have management/leadership skills. It is essential that you have worked in previous manufacturing /logistics environment.

You should:

- be able to prioritise your workload and the ability to multi task
- have excellent communication skills
- be reliable and have an organised and logical approach
- Previous FLT experience would be beneficial
