Vacancy - Resources Co-ordinator
The role is a full time permanent position based in our Stoke on Trent office.
What this role involves:
Allocation of labour to work plan including short notice cancellations, amendments, additional shifts and absences.
Maintaining regular contact with the workforce/clients.
Fatigue management in line with Network Rail's standards.
Collating spreadsheets and payroll.
Must be adaptable and willing to learn
Excellent organisation and be able to work under pressure
**Must have**:
Good communication skills
Attention to detail
IT skills including Microsoft word, excel etc
The abili ty to prioritise and multi-task
You will be required to be on the on call rota once a month which includes working outside of normal office hours.
You will also be required to work additional hours if needed due to work load so must be flexible.
Salary dependent on experience
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
