RPS HomeServe+ are a plumbing and heating company based near Carnforth, Lancashire. A position has come available in our Heating Maintenance Department which provides gas service and breakdown cover for social housing contracts and private customers.
**Main Purpose of Job**:
Responsibility for providing an efficient and courteous service, ensuring that the company’s image is enhanced at all times
**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**:
- To send weekly service appointment letters
- To enter service appointments onto evolution our in house computer system
- To accurately update service spreadsheets
- To reappoint missed service appointments
- To order parts where required, raise purchase order and arrange return visit
- To update 3rd party computer systems
- Manage diary for Heating Maintenance engineers
- Responsible for weekly updates to Customer
- To be fully conversant with all functions of telephone and computer system
- To provide an efficient, courteous and professional approach to all telephone callers and contacts
- To assist where necessary other departments as required in line with your duties, as directed by Heating Maintenance Manager
- To assist with answering in-coming telephone calls to main switchboard as required and take messages and distribute calls as necessary
- Adhoc duties

Due to the location of the office the applicant would need use of a vehicle as there is no public transport nearby.

Pay: £24,336.00 per year
