Customer Sales Executive

Red is excited to be recruiting Customer Sales Executives to join a dynamic and progressive eCommerce-led omnichannel retailer of kitchen products. This position is in Quedgeley and contains many benefits, including progression opportunities.
**Benefits and Package for a Customer Sales Executive**:
- **Salary**: £21,500 per annum
- **Hours**: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5pm
- **Contract Type**: Permanent
- **Location**:Quedgeley
- Office based, however, hybrid working options are available after the training period

**Key Responsibilities of a Customer Sales Executive**:
- Supporting and advising customers to buy the best products
- Processing sales, calculating shipping costs, keeping up to date with stock and promotions
- Answering customer queries via our multitude of contact channels
- Dealing with and managing customer complaints
- Working towards the company's standards as well as your own individual performance, targets, and goals
**Key Skills and Experience of a Customer Sales Executive**:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are required
- Being computer literate is essential
- Strong negotiation skills are advantageous
- Experience working in a similar role or in the Retail industry is desirable
