**About the role**:
The Compliance and Governance Administrator is a new post and reports into our Director of Organisational Development & Corporate Services.
- Based at our Head Office in Basingstoke / Hybrid

The role is varied and you will provide administrative support to our compliance and governance activities including supporting our Board of Trustee meetings, organising our Annual General Meeting, and some company secretary and people compliance duties

**About you**:
As well as having strong administrative skills with high attention to detail, you will
- Have the ability to build effective stakeholder relationships at all levels
- Have knowledge of company secretary and governance responsibilities
- Have demonstrable excellent written and verbal communication skills
