Risk & Compliance Coordinator

We are looking for a Risk & Compliance Coordinator to ensure the success of all Compliance and Risk within the Authentication division at De La Rue. This role will assist with the management of uploading data to Due Diligence system and identifying any risks and raising these through the appropriate channels.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and assess areas of significant business risk
- Support Conformance Board management
- Manage and report compliance breaches and exposures
- Develop, implement, and maintain internal audit policies and procedures in accordance with local and international best practices
- Review all new products, systems, or processes to ensure compliance
- Conduct ad hoc investigations into identified or reported risks
- Support various departments by collecting and coordinating internal compliance data with auditors and various departments
- Ensure complete, accurate, and timely audit information is reported to Management and/or Risk Committees

**Skills, Qualifications & Experience**
- An analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem solving skills
- Meticulous attention to details with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and IT skills
- Completed degree in risk management, law, business studies, audit (preferable)
- Demonstratable experience in Compliance/Risk related role (essential)
