As a leading and rapidly growing organisation, data-driven decision-making is crucial for both Troy and our member businesses. As the CRM Marketing Manager, you will take the lead in identifying member or client needs and implementing effective CRM strategies to drive growth and development.

Your expertise in customer relationship management, specifically with HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics, will be essential in streamlining digital processes to enhance sales, customer service, and profitability for Troy and our member businesses.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape our CRM initiatives and drive customer engagement and loyalty across the Troy Group.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Lead and supervise the deployment, setup, and ongoing optimisation of CRM systems, specifically HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics.
- Provide support, consultation and best practice guidelines to our members where other CRM systems may be in place.
- Provide platform appraisals and development plans where member CRMs are in place
- Develop and execute comprehensive CRM strategies aligned with business objectives, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
- Identify target customer segments, analyze their behaviour, and develop personalised customer journeys.
- Collaborate with necessary teams either internally or within our member businesses to ensure alignment and integration of CRM initiatives with overall marketing, sales, and customer service strategies.
- Customize and configure CRM systems to meet specific business requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement of CRM processes, workflows, and automations.
- Implement best practices for data management, data segmentation, and data integration.
- Monitor CRM system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity and security.
- Implement A/B testing and analyze campaign results to optimize performance and enhance customer experience.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of CRM initiatives.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into campaign performance, customer behaviour, and trends.
- Conduct data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend actionable strategies.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to the CRM team, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align CRM initiatives with overall business goals and objectives.

- Interpersonal skills sufficient to effectively liaise with members of staff from different parts of the business as well as key stakeholders.

- Hands on approach and proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of CRM platforms including Hubspot and Dynamics

**Essential professional qualifications**
- Educated to degree level or equivalent marketing experience.

**Salary**: Up to £40,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Exeter, Devon: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Certificate of Higher Education (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
