Hotel Front Office

We are looking for an experienced Receptionist to join our team.
Situated in the thriving Georgian quarter of Liverpool, we are a privately owned, award winning hotel with a 2 AA Rosette restaurant, The London Carriage Works. A recent expansion has taken the hotel to 149 bedrooms and suites (Best UK City Hotel - the Sunday Times 2020) extensive luxury spa, and eight first-class private dining, conference and events spaces including a cinema.
**Receptionist**
The Receptionist will be confident, self motivated and striving at all times to exceed customer expectations.
Your role will be to check our guests in and out, to assist the senior receptionist during the shift, help with guest luggage and assist reservsations when needed.
Hours are a mixture of early and late shifts, to include weekends. Flexibility is key, and you must be prepared cover when available, to assist with sickness and holiday cover.
**Your Skills and Experience as Receptionist.**
- Confident, self-motivated, team worker.
- Positive, can-do attitude, service with a smile.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- At least 1 year experience in a busy hotel environment.
- Working knowledge of Rezlynx is an advantage but not essential.
The position requires the holder to work consistently within the team to raise standards and maintain customer satisfaction. A passion for customer service is essential to ensure that every guest and visitor receives a personal service that is consistent and in line with Hope Street Hotel's standards.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: Up to £10.70 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
